Commercial Finance Analyst – T&I (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

The Commercial Finance Analyst – T&I will support the month‑end process, journal creation and reporting for Networks Cost of Goods Sold, IT Opex and T&I Capex. Working in a hybrid model, the role collaborates closely with business owners, senior finance managers and FP&A teams to ensure accurate financial insight and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Own departmental spend results and produce accurate monthly reporting for Network COGS, IT Opex and Capex.
• Create journals based on insights and collaborate with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager – T&I.
• Ensure accounting accuracy for Network COGS impacted by IFRS16 lease accounting and related projects.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and develop operational planning models.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis, business case support and risk‑opportunity monitoring.

Required profile

• ACA, CIMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Proven experience in month‑end close, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of technical accounting standards, especially IFRS16.
• Ability to translate business drivers into financial forecasts and controls.
