Communication & Public Relations Collaborator

About the role

The Swiss Pavilion at Expo 2027 in Belgrade is seeking a Communication and Public Relations Collaborator to support the implementation of communication measures and media activities during the event period.

Key responsibilities

• Implement communication and PR actions according to the strategy and team leader instructions.
• Draft and edit texts in English and Serbian for media dossiers, website, social media and daily programmes.
• Create and manage content for various channels, with a focus on social media.
• Handle media hotline, inquiries and maintain media contact lists.
• Support media tours, conferences and coordinate with partners, suppliers and internal functions.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English and Serbian.
• Professional experience in communication, marketing or public relations.
• Upper‑secondary school leaving certificate; studies in communication or related field are a plus.
• Strong editorial sense, autonomy, reliability and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficient user of MS Office.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary of RSD 110,000.
• Public‑transport allowance of RSD 3,000 and meal allowance of RSD 2,000 per month.
• Vacation allowance of RSD 1,000 per month.
• Shift work including weekends, 40 hours per week.
