Digital Advertising Manager

About the role

Digital Dot is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to lead Google Ads campaigns and support Meta advertising for a diverse client portfolio. You will own the end‑to‑end process from strategy and setup through optimisation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and Demand Gen.
• Manage campaign performance metrics such as CPA, ROI and lead quality.
• Write conversion‑focused ad copy and collaborate with designers and developers on landing pages.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research, maintain keyword lists and test conversion tracking weekly.
• Monitor budgets and pacing, flag issues early and ensure accurate conversion tracking in GTM and GA4.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present results in client meetings.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads for multiple client accounts.
• Experience with Meta advertising and ability to act as a supporting specialist.
• Proven track record in lead‑generation and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Strong English communication skills (B2/C1) and confidence presenting to clients.
