ELD Monitoring & Assistance Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated ELD Monitoring & Assistance Operator to support our drivers and ensure smooth operation of electronic logging devices. You will work from our office in Bečmen, providing telephone assistance and using specialized software to help drivers stay compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with drivers via phone.
• Provide expert support on ELD platforms and compliance regulations.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of ELD systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ELD hardware and software.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a team.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Required skills

• Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) knowledge.
