Events Senior Specialist

About the role

The Events Senior Specialist reports to the EMEA event team leader and supports all event‑related activities across Eaton’s global operations. You will plan, organise, and execute corporate events from concept through post‑event evaluation, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed audience expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage conferences, trade shows and other corporate events.
• Oversee the full event lifecycle – from initial planning, venue selection and contract negotiation to on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor event budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and engage target audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience delivering corporate events.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement abilities with sponsors, suppliers, speakers and delegates.
• Resilient, agile and able to manage last‑minute changes under pressure.
