About the role
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team in Novi Sad. The role focuses on coordinating U.S. freight movements, negotiating loads, and ensuring drivers operate efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Dispatch trucks for U.S. freight customers using DAT and other industry tools.
- Negotiate load rates and secure optimal routes.
- Monitor driver performance and provide independent guidance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the U.S. freight market.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in U.S. trucking dispatch.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. freight market dynamics.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage drivers without supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency with DAT dispatch software.
