Finance Manager – Business Unit

About the role

Coinspaid Solutions is a remote‑first fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure. We are seeking a Finance Manager to own the financial performance of a dedicated business unit, driving profitability, liquidity, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Profit & Loss statement for the assigned unit, monitoring revenue, gross profit, operating expenses and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying revenue‑enhancement and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Monitor daily and long‑term liquidity, forecast cash flows, and collaborate with Treasury to ensure sufficient cash for operations.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports, develop dashboards and KPIs, and present results to senior leadership.
• Conduct cost analysis, track expense trends, recommend efficiency initiatives, and evaluate ROI of business projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partner roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of liquidity and cash‑flow management.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
