Financial Analyst (Entry-level)

About the role

Clarivate is hiring an entry-level Financial Analyst to join its global Finance team. You will support the variable compensation and commissions function for the Academic & Government customer segment, working closely with sales leadership on territory definition, goal allocation, compensation plan deployment, performance calculations and payment processing. The position is permanent and full-time, with core hours in CET and a hybrid arrangement of three days every other week in the Belgrade office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics.
• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting and reconciliation across departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and reporting processes.
• Support the creation of projection files, financial accruals and other metrics.
• Maintain financial systems so that data remains accurate and compliant.
• Assist in answering audit questions and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Nice to have: experience with business intelligence tools, familiarity with software products and the SaaS business model, and ERP system experience.
