Full-Cycle Account Executive (HVAC)

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This full-cycle account executive role focuses on HVAC home services and is fully remote, working a strict 9-5 schedule in the PST timezone. The candidate will build pipeline, close deals and eventually lead a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Pipeline generation: run high-volume outbound activity (100+ dials per day, targeted email and LinkedIn outreach) to generate $80k-$120k in new monthly pipeline.
• Full-cycle closing: lead discovery calls, deliver polished product demos and manage a 14-30 day sales cycle to meet monthly closing targets, stair-stepping to 20+ deals per month.
• Process architecture: build and optimise outreach frameworks, objection-handling scripts and CRM workflows to keep data at 95%+ hygiene.
• Team leadership: move from individual production to managing a team of two, coaching on performance metrics and keeping a 20-30% close rate on qualified opportunities.
• Operations: respond to inbound inquiries within 2 hours and maintain a 70%+ show rate for scheduled meetings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth sales environments, building pipelines and closing net-new deals.
• Deep understanding of the home services vertical (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, solar) and the ability to talk to small-to-medium business owners.
• Proven "hunter" mentality with significant cold-calling experience and a track record of exceeding activity KPIs.
• Expert-level demo presentation skills and ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle.
• Experience building sales processes and enforcing CRM compliance.
• Availability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the PST timezone.
