Junior Sales Operations Officer

About the role

Broadridge is looking for a proactive early-career Sales Operations Officer within its Client Service Management team, supporting Acolin, now part of Broadridge. The role covers CRM administration, reporting, sales support and cross-functional coordination in a collaborative, business-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and data quality.
• Support the Sales team with opportunity management, sales administration and pipeline tracking.
• Coordinate client-related activities and follow up on requests and actions in a timely way.
• Act as a link between internal teams, supporting communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain client information, documentation and service-related records.
• Prepare regular sales and client reports, dashboards and analyses.
• Support sales forecasting, performance tracking and process improvements.
• Assist with CRM enhancements, testing and support to CRM users.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Client Services, Business Operations or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage.

The role is hybrid, after successfully passing the probation period.
