Full-Stack AI Solutions Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack AI Solutions Developer to design, build and ship end‑to‑end web applications that leverage large language models and unstructured data. You will work in a fast‑moving, AI‑driven environment at 3ap, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, product managers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack web applications from concept to production, using Java (Spring) or Node.js and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Design and implement REST APIs and micro‑services architecture.
• Integrate LLMs and AI tools into data‑heavy applications, treating AI output as a draft and ensuring production‑grade quality.
• Create clean, user‑focused UI/UX with React, Vue or Angular.
• Collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and challenge assumptions.
• Identify and fix logical flaws before they reach production.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building full‑stack web applications end‑to‑end.
• Proven track record of shipping production‑ready applications that use LLMs and unstructured data.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent English (additional languages optional).
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical work to non‑technical audiences.
