Full Stack Developer – Graduate Program in Insurance

About the role

Join SAP Fioneer’s L.I.F.T graduate program as a Full Stack Developer focused on insurance solutions. You will work on real‑life product development from day one, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance insurance‑industry applications using Spring Boot, Kotlin and Java.
• Implement front‑end features with React, Redux and TypeScript.
• Design and optimise database schemas in PostgreSQL and work with SQL/NoSQL concepts.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and contribute to testing and code quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Physics, Mathematics or related natural sciences.
• Hands‑on project experience with Java, Kotlin or other OOP languages.
• Strong analytical mindset and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, backend development.
• TypeScript, React, Redux for front‑end development.
• PostgreSQL, SQL and basic NoSQL knowledge.
• Git, CI/CD tools, testing practices.
• Familiarity with UI5 web components is a plus.
