Fund Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Fund Accountant to join Apex Group’s global fund administration team. The role supports the preparation of fund financial statements, daily cash monitoring and audit coordination, providing a solid foundation for your career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and input daily journal entries.
• Produce fund financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and support year‑end audits.
• Monitor and record daily cash activity.
• Prepare fund capital activity allocations and partner capital accounts.
• Track portfolio company transactions and calculate investment returns.
• Respond to various investor and investment requests.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and assist with client‑specific requests.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Audit.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Motivated team player with the ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
