About the role

Join TaskUs as a German & French Customer Care Specialist and provide world‑class service to clients across multiple channels. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every interaction meets high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Research and provide accurate, timely responses via phone, email, and live chat.
• Navigate internal and external documentation to support customers effectively.
• Identify and escalate priority or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Route calls to the right resources and document all interactions according to SOPs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate emerging trends and patterns.
• Adhere to established protocols, KPIs, and quality guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge with teammates and other departments.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, French and English (written and spoken).
• Computer literate with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Adaptable, empathetic and able to work well in a team.
• Resilient, calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
