German‑Speaking Customer Care Advisor – Trademarks

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Care Advisor to join our Trademarks team in Belgrade. You will provide professional, efficient support to German‑language clients, including law firms and corporations, ensuring high‑quality service and timely responses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service to a portfolio of renewal customers, German law firms and corporations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and adhere to service level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles and share relevant information across the business.
• Assist teammates with additional workload as needed.
• Occasionally manage projects for existing customers.

Required profile

• Proficient in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous B2B customer‑facing experience with strong customer orientation.
• Basic knowledge of trademarks and intellectual property is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
