Head of Retention (CRM)

About the role

We are an international iGaming company seeking a Head of Retention to design and launch a full‑scale CRM function. You will shape player communication, build retention mechanics from the ground up, and drive engagement across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing CRM processes and identify gaps.
• Design and implement the end‑to‑end CRM communication system and retention mechanics.
• Own the promotional calendar, tailoring bonuses, tournaments and campaigns to each GEO and locale.
• Create CRM flows from segmentation and copy creation through launch and performance analysis.
• Run regular welcome, retention, reactivation and personalized bonus campaigns.
• Lead a small team of two CRM managers and a promo manager.
• Analyse results and continuously improve player retention metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or retention within the iGaming sector.
• Senior or lead‑level background.
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, segmentation, reactivation and promo calendar planning.
• Proven experience building CRM flows from scratch.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and propose win‑back strategies.
• Willingness to combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
