HR Operations Specialist – Temporary Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Operations Specialist to provide temporary maternity‑leave coverage within our Global HR team. The role is remote‑first, supporting employees, contractors and EOR workers across more than 40 locations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee and contractor lifecycle processes including onboarding, contractual changes, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Respond to day‑to‑day requests from employees, contractors and EOR workers and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, validate and input monthly payroll data, manage compensation changes, absences and leaver information.
• Administer employee data in BambooHR, Jira Service Management and other HR tools, maintaining accuracy across systems.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, trackers and people‑data analysis.
• Support compliance with internal HR policies and local legal requirements, keeping documentation audit‑ready.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify workflows and enhance data quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in HR Operations, People Operations or a similar administrative HR role.
• Proven track record managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Strong document‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Ability to prioritize multiple operational tasks in a fast‑moving international environment.
