Hygienist – Confectionery Production (Serbia)

About the role

The Hygienist will ensure that a sweets manufacturing facility maintains the highest sanitary standards. Working on a rotating 8‑hour shift, you will keep production, warehouse and administrative areas clean and safe, supporting continuous production quality.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect all production equipment and surfaces according to schedule.
• Maintain order and hygiene in designated sanitary zones.
• Monitor cleanliness levels and report any issues to supervisors.
• Replenish hygiene supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Follow all safety rules and correctly use personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• English proficiency at A2–B1 level.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Physical endurance to perform cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
