Production Planner

About the role

Adecco is seeking a Production Planner to support production planning activities at its plant in Stara Pazova. The role ensures smooth production scheduling, material availability, and timely execution of manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update production plans for internal lines and subcontractors, ensuring quantities and deadlines are met.
• Analyze demand, plan material requirements, and coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to secure material availability.
• Prepare, release, and update production orders while recording daily production data in the internal management system.
• Monitor material movements, finished goods, and support issuance of identification labels (SSCC) for production cycles.
• Plan staffing needs, coordinate machine maintenance with Maintenance, and organize periodic inventories of components.
• Communicate with the parent company’s Planning team in Italy and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure efficient production execution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar production planning role.
• Good knowledge of English and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (advantageous).
• Valid Category B driving licence.
