Inbound Sales Representative (English)

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries from companies.
• Check inventory and fulfill orders.
• Inform customers about pricing and enter orders into processing systems.
• Reach out to potential clients to promote products and services.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing business clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Join calls with outside sales and handle multiple accounts and jobs simultaneously.
• Achieve personal targets and contribute to team targets.

• Proven experience interpreting written documents in English (C1 level).
