Project Purchasing Intern

About the role

Bosch's plant in Pecinci manufactures and develops wiper systems and wiper blades. It is looking for a Project Purchasing Intern to support its commercial or project purchasing manager in daily tasks. This is a paid full-time internship with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Support the purchasing manager in daily work tasks
• Help create official RFQs in the Bosch PJM platform
• Update Excel tables regularly
• Handle daily SAP tasks such as downloading documents, checking the system and updating records
• Take part in part and production release processes
• Take part in the engineering change process (ECR)
• Join regular meetings and support continuous benchmarking
• Support supplier negotiations and technical discussions

Required profile

• Recent graduate or last-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Sciences, Organizational Sciences or a comparable field
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented, with target-oriented thinking
• Open to learning and growing with the team
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Advanced English; German is an advantage

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel and VBA are an advantage
• Quick and agile learner
