IT Infrastructure Support Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Global Services for Distribution team in Belgrade as an IT Infrastructure Support Intern. You will assist in maintaining server environments, databases, and cloud platforms while gaining hands‑on experience in a multinational, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support operation, maintenance, and incident resolution for Windows and Linux servers.
• Assist with Microsoft SQL Server administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Analyze and resolve system and application issues.
• Contribute to automation through scripting tasks.
• Help with basic network diagnostics, firewall rule checks, and IT security activities.
• Support setup, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure (Azure/Databricks).
• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.

Required profile

• Enrolled student in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic to solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Interest in cloud environments, networking, and IT security.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Fluent written and verbal English; German is a plus.
