Junior Revenue Manager (Belgrade)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Revenue Manager to support our portfolio of 4‑ and 5‑star hotels in South‑East Europe. You will work closely with hotel teams to implement revenue‑management strategies that maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily yield operations and distribution strategy for assigned hotels.
• Conduct pick‑up analysis, adjust strategies, and produce regular performance reports.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and monitor market trends.
• Maintain a 13‑month rolling demand calendar and develop pricing strategies tailored to each property.
• Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, variance analysis and budget comparisons.
• Manage third‑party distribution channels and assess group business pricing.
• Audit reservations department standards, ensure system configuration and data quality.
• Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to embed a revenue‑management culture.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; Serbian citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.
