Key Account Manager – Neurology (Serbia)

About the role

Er‑Kim is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the Neurology portfolio in Serbia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with neurologists and key opinion leaders, driving business growth and ensuring successful execution of commercial strategies within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with neurologists, key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
• Create and implement territory plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Own the Neurology portfolio in Serbia, identifying new business opportunities and supporting patient‑access initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Participate in scientific congresses, educational meetings and customer events.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports in the company CRM.
• Conduct regular customer visits and account planning while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Neurology (Multiple Sclerosis) or another specialty care area.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Serbian pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
