Learning Experience Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team. You will create technical and AI‑focused courses for corporate clients, turning client needs and subject‑matter expertise into scalable learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of new B2B courses, from needs analysis to final documentation.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across modules and lessons.
• Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on expert material.
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for live formats.
• Analyze client learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, and learner profiles together with product managers.
• Customize learning activities, case studies, paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks.
• Continuously improve courses by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with outcomes, using learner feedback and expert recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or a comparable role.
• Proven ability to apply modern learning design models and frameworks to complex skill development.
• Experience structuring end‑to‑end learning experiences, including Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps.
• Ability to create diverse educational content such as long reads, projects, practice tasks, and infographics.
• Experience designing and integrating assessments into courses.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 candidates are also welcome).

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Design.
