Logistics Coordinator – France (Hybrid, Belgrade)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator and ICS for France will provide day‑to‑day logistics support to the Customer Service field organization. Working from Belgrade on a hybrid schedule, you will be the central point of contact for customer engineers, third‑party warehouses, transport providers, and the global logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve logistics calls by sourcing and arranging shipment of spare parts needed for service calls.
• Manage inventory levels, stock plans, and fulfillment to meet service‑level targets.
• Conduct stock audits, update quantities, investigate discrepancies, and handle in‑transit and return‑failure issues.
• Monitor back‑orders, expedite deliveries, and maintain service‑level objectives for open calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for parts‑availability issues across Customer Service, account teams, and global logistics groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with standard PC applications.

Required skills

• Experience with Oracle ES (preferred).
