Loyalty and Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

Join MOL Serbia Retail Marketing as a Loyalty and Digital Marketing Expert, supporting the group’s retail digital strategy while covering a maternity leave. You will work in a cross‑functional environment, optimise daily processes and help shape the future of the organisation from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail digital marketing strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Manage the digital and social calendar in close collaboration with the Group.
• Create digital assets with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring compliance with Group toolkits.
• Oversee communication on loyalty channels together with the Loyalty and Digital Solutions Operations Expert.
• Run all digital channels – website, email, social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, content marketing and the loyalty app.
• Coordinate offline and in‑app loyalty campaign communication with Trade Marketing and Communications experts.
• Propose and optimise campaigns for budget efficiency and performance.
• Manage bought‑media advertising, evaluate results against KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Control the digital marketing and loyalty communications budget in line with the OPEX plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Organizational Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience planning and executing multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, preferably in retail.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Customer‑oriented, commercially minded and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with SEM and SEO.
• Experience managing display advertising and content marketing.
