Loyalty Operations Associate

About the role

Join a dynamic team at MOL Serbia Retail Marketing as a Loyalty Operations Associate. You will play a pivotal role in managing the MOL Move loyalty program, driving campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the MOL Move loyalty program, executing offers, campaigns, and new functionalities.
• Set up communication elements across loyalty channels and tailor campaign content to local preferences.
• Collaborate with digital, loyalty, and IT teams to align website interfaces and platform updates.
• Work with Offer Management, Sales & Operations, and trade marketing to plan major campaigns and promotional activities.
• Implement gamification‑based promotions to boost customer satisfaction and business profit.
• Produce digital and offline loyalty marketing materials in coordination with the communications team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with IT and Group Digital Factory for platform optimization.
• Partner with customer service to resolve process issues and develop training materials.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Marketing, IT, Sales, Organizational Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Experience with market analysis (e.g., Nielsen data) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with solid communication skills.
