About the role

The Materials Storekeeper is responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage and issue of base oils, raw materials, packaging and packaging material. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards while operating forklifts and related warehouse equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, issue and properly store base oils, raw materials, packaging and packaging material.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative receipt and issue of materials delivered by road and rail tankers.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading and internal transport of materials.
• Maintain forklift condition through regular cleaning, lubrication and basic maintenance, coordinating with the maintenance department.
• Charge electric forklifts and monitor their operational status.
• Participate in commission meetings to identify discrepancies between received quantities and accompanying documentation.
• Follow all operational procedures, safety, health, environmental and internal company regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum III or IV level of formal education.
• Valid forklift operator certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar warehouse roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and material handling.
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and organizational skills.

• Forklift operation (including electric forklift charging).
• Warehouse material handling.
• Basic equipment maintenance.
