About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our international trucking company and keep our fleet running smoothly. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of trucks and trailers, coordinating repairs, and minimizing vehicle downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage maintenance needs for trucks and trailers.
• Communicate with drivers about vehicle issues and repair status.
• Coordinate with repair shops, vendors, and towing services.
• Schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Track ongoing repairs and record vehicle downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Help prevent unnecessary downtime and keep the fleet operational.

Required profile

• Previous experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, logistics, or a similar role (preferred).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic computer proficiency.
