Marketing & Brand Specialist

About the role

JayWay Travel is seeking an experienced Marketing & Brand Specialist to own and evolve its brand across all guest‑facing communications. You will work cross‑functionally with internal teams, agencies and freelancers to turn ideas into actionable projects that enhance the guest experience and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging and visual identity across marketing and guest‑facing channels.
• Analyse guest feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey.
• Research and develop new partnerships and commercial opportunities that add value for guests and the business.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary projects, managing timelines, budgets, vendors and documentation.
• Maintain and improve brand guidelines, templates and processes for the wider team.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, feeding insights to the Head of Department.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to high standards and aligned with JayWay’s brand ethos.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, communications, guest experience, partnerships or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with the ability to assess value for both customers and the business.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data and feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive attitude – you spot improvements and help implement solutions.
