Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing & Growth Specialist to own and execute our B2B client acquisition and employer‑branding initiatives. The role combines content creation, digital advertising, SEO, social media, website management and analytics to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Create and maintain content calendars, social campaigns and website copy.
• Write and publish blog posts, case studies, client stories and technical articles.
• Maintain and update WordPress sites, build landing pages and optimise for conversions.
• Improve SEO through technical, on‑page and AI‑search (AEO/GEO) optimisation.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor traffic, leads and ROI.
• Produce short‑form video content, record interviews and perform basic editing.
• Develop employer‑branding campaigns to attract software engineers and technology professionals.
• Continuously test new channels, formats and growth ideas.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in IT, SaaS or B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and paid‑media strategies.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.

• Social media channel management.
• Basic video recording and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Descript).
• AEO/GEO and AI‑search optimisation.
• HTML/CSS basics.
• Canva, Adobe suite, or similar design tools.
• Ahrefs, Semrush or comparable SEO platforms.
