Marketing Specialist (Belgrade)

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Belgrade team. The role will support marketing activities across Serbia, Montenegro, and Albania, driving brand awareness and lead generation for a global IoT and video‑intelligence leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Manage and update the corporate website and social media channels.
• Create engaging digital and offline content, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets.
• Organise exhibitions, product launches, events and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and channel partners to align marketing initiatives.
• Provide occasional customer support and maintain partner relationships.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and analyse campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, security, electronics or telecommunications.
• Proven experience working with distributors and channel partners.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Serbia and the Adriatic region.
