Marketing Trainee – Consumer Product Division

About the role

L’Oréal is seeking a motivated Marketing Trainee to join its Consumer Product Division in Belgrade. You will work across the Adria Balkan region, supporting brand growth and learning the full spectrum of marketing activities in a dynamic multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to brand growth through successful product launches and pillar‑product development.
• Develop and propose marketing‑mix strategies to attract new consumers.
• Own the product portfolio, delivering clear growth initiatives and communication.
• Manage marketing budgets, phasing, and forecast launch performance.
• Identify slow‑moving or obsolete products and create action plans.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, education and other departments.
• Gather quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, monitor competition and brand positioning.
• Ensure brand expression follows guidelines and is harmonised across channels.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Business‑driven, customer‑oriented and passionate about marketing.
• Acts with transparency, integrity and respect for others.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Outlook.
