About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to promote modern educational and informational fintech products. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while earning a competitive income.

Key responsibilities

• Sell financial education and information products to interested customers.
• Conduct online presentations and introductory training sessions via video conferencing tools.
• Engage with qualified leads (no cold calling) and guide them through the purchase process.
• Maintain communication with clients through Zoom or similar platforms.
• Build trustful relationships and provide ongoing client support.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience (industry not critical).
• Fluent Russian; high‑level English is a strong advantage.
• Excellent listening, need‑identification, and value‑communication abilities.
• Proven persuasive and argumentation skills.
• Basic understanding of finance is a plus (training provided).
• Own a computer, headset, webcam, and stable internet connection.
• Self‑discipline and result‑oriented mindset.
