Meta Media Buyer – Junior/Medior

About the role

Empower Brands Group is seeking a driven Meta Media Buyer to scale acquisition for its health‑and‑wellness D2C brands across multiple European markets. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Meta advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, growth, and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns in Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
• Monitor and optimise performance against revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, and profitability targets.
• Scale winning campaigns responsibly while quickly addressing performance issues.
• Partner with creative and growth teams to develop testing hypotheses and feedback loops.
• Analyse audience, creative, and funnel data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain clear reporting, documentation, and structured testing processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta platform updates and emerging D2C performance‑marketing strategies.

Required profile

• At least one year of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads for e‑commerce or D2C brands.
• Proven track record handling six‑figure advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using e‑commerce performance metrics.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable.
• Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
