About the role

The Production Support Operator joins Ball Corporation’s manufacturing team to help convert production lines, reduce downtime, and ensure high‑quality output of sustainable aluminum packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in line conversions, optimizing conversion time and eliminating defects.
• Assist in scheduled and unscheduled overhauls and maintenance of machines and equipment under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Handle and adjust machines, ensuring they operate within safety, quality, performance, and reliability parameters.
• Control, analyze, and record machine and process parameters.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of Lean manufacturing standards.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by regularly cleaning machines and work areas.
• Contribute ideas and take part in continuous improvement projects (Business Excellence).

Required profile

• Technical or mechanical education at level III or IV.
• Ability to work on production lines, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members.
