Operations Client Partner

About the role

As an Operations Client Partner at NielsenIQ, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients, commercial teams, and operations groups. You will ensure seamless service delivery, help clients extract maximum value from our data solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, delivering a positive experience.
• Manage operational requests, investigations, and issue resolution promptly.
• Lead regular client meetings to discuss performance, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Advise clients on operational processes, data delivery, capabilities, and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial, and client‑facing teams to resolve queries and challenges.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational topics and escalations.
• Utilize operational tools to investigate issues and support data‑quality validation.
• Support regional and global initiatives through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in client‑facing, client service, operations, customer support, or account management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong client orientation with an interest in end‑to‑end operational processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into operational solutions.
• Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
