Paid Social Manager – Meta, TikTok & Reddit

About the role

Overgear, an international e‑commerce platform for gamers, is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own and grow its paid social acquisition across the US and EU markets. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimisation on Meta, TikTok and Reddit, driving new‑customer acquisition while managing budgets and creative production.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Meta Ads as the core channel and develop Reddit and TikTok campaigns from scratch.
• Plan, allocate and defend monthly budgets across games, products, geographies and channels.
• Identify advertising angles, write ad copy and creative briefs in English, and coordinate with in‑house designers and external video/UGC creators.
• Manage video production budgets and maintain a steady pipeline of new creatives.
• Build and execute a structured testing cycle: hypothesis, launch, success criteria, analysis, insight and iteration.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Mixpanel and internal analytics, ensuring accurate UTM tagging and campaign structure.
• Separate genuine new‑customer acquisition from retargeting and report weekly results and decisions.
• Collaborate with Content, Gameleads and Analytics teams on landing pages, offers and data quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in paid social, with at least one year managing an advertising budget independently.
• Proven track record in e‑commerce or direct‑sales acquisition in US and/or EU markets.
• Strong ownership of CAC and new‑customer acquisition metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously, develop hypotheses and make data‑driven budget decisions.
