Part-Time Serbian-Speaking Support Associate in Belgrade

About the role

Wolt is looking for a part‑time Support Associate who speaks Serbian to join its Belgrade team. You will help customers, couriers and partner venues through live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations while contributing to the growth of the support function.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to customers, couriers and venues via live chat and phone.
• Monitor and resolve issues to keep delivery operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to improve processes.
• Work in rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a personal, customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office several days a week.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English.
