Partnership Manager

About the role

We are expanding our payment gateway’s network of partners and need a Partnerships Manager to own the full lifecycle – scouting, vetting, negotiating, and contracting Payment Service Providers (PSPs), especially for high‑risk verticals such as iGaming. This role is hands‑on, requiring you to find, qualify, and close strong commercial terms while keeping documentation and processes flawless.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, vet, and qualify new Payment Service Providers for the gateway.
• Negotiate and contract with PSPs, securing competitive rates and terms.
• Understand evolving business needs and proactively connect with relevant suppliers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, including pipeline status, contacts, commercial terms, and next steps.
• Network actively via LinkedIn, industry expos, and events to build relationships with new and existing partners.
• Manage multiple supplier relationships in parallel with a highly organized approach.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑risk payment processing, specifically within iGaming.
• Fluent English.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence to push for competitive terms.
• High attention to detail and disciplined CRM/documentation upkeep.
• Ability to self‑manage a busy, multi‑supplier pipeline without lapses.
• Nice‑to‑have: Russian speaking; experience as an iGaming operator or on a business‑development team of an iGaming PSP.
