About the role

As a Retail Sales Executive you will be at the heart of the business, connecting customers with the right Apple technology while building lasting relationships and driving sales. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, representing a leading Apple reseller and helping customers discover the latest devices and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Apple products and accessories that you are passionate about.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and turn conversations into purchases.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Own sales targets and earn performance‑based bonuses.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Apple products, technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
