Part‑time Marketing Assistant – Content Refresh & Coordination

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a part‑time Marketing Assistant to keep its brand and marketing assets up‑to‑date. You will work remotely with the Brand Director and a global team, focusing on refreshing blog content, making small page edits, and coordinating the assets needed for each publication.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh 10‑20 published blog articles each month using Claude or a similar AI tool, updating facts, structure, links, images and copy.
• Perform minor edits on live pages such as dates, prices or links.
• Gather required assets for articles (quotes, photos, cover briefs) and follow up with vendors for invoices.
• Maintain the change log and keep the team’s Jira board current.
• Identify repeatable tasks, define their cadence and help set up automation workflows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Claude or a comparable AI writing assistant.
• Junior‑level project‑management ability to juggle multiple small tasks without constant supervision.
• Strong attention to detail to spot incorrect numbers, dead links or formatting issues.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Comfortable working with repositories and trackers; quick learner for GitHub, WordPress, Jira, Figma and Notion.
