Procurement Specialist (Seria, Croatia & Slovenia)

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating road transport services across Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. You will work closely with carriers, internal stakeholders and the global logistics team to ensure cost‑effective and reliable transport solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate contracts with road transport carriers.
• Manage carrier relationships, monitor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Analyse transport market trends, rates and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support tender processes by providing pricing insights and market data.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and track purchasing KPIs.
• Contribute to Track & Trace, green logistics and carrier onboarding projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport procurement, freight forwarding or road transportation.
• Strong knowledge of the local transport market and carrier network in the region.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Results‑driven attitude and ability to work independently.
