Prodavac/Prodavačica – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

METRO is looking for enthusiastic sales associates to serve professional customers in the HoReCa and trade sectors across its Serbian stores. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a high‑level of service tailored to their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist restaurant, hotel, café and retail customers with product selection and ordering.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and product availability.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, pricing and product specifications.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on service quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow company procedures.
• Motivation to develop sales expertise in a fast‑moving retail environment.
