Production Engineer Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Production Engineer Intern at our Šimanovci facility, where we develop and manufacture wiper systems and blades. You will support the planning and optimisation of production processes, create documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning production steps, workflow, facilities, and time allocation.
• Generate production documentation such as assembly instructions and department reports.
• Coordinate with quality, procurement, and technical departments.
• Support problem‑solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Help modify equipment to boost productivity and product quality.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Mechanical Engineering, Organizational Sciences, Technology & Metallurgy, or a related field.
• Proactive, structured, and well‑organized with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP (advantage).
