Project Manager – World of Tanks Console

About the role

Wargaming is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the World of Tanks: Modern Armor console team. You will coordinate art, design, engineering, QA and other cross‑functional groups to ensure smooth delivery of game features and milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans aligned with the team roadmap, fostering ownership and accountability.
• Assist the Producer in leading designers, developers, QA specialists and artists.
• Set, monitor and report on key delivery milestones, defining required artifacts.
• Prioritize scope together with the Producer and stakeholders.
• Participate in green‑light meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments and mitigation plans to management.
• Improve processes at both team and studio level and balance workloads across departments.
• Coordinate regular team activities and remove roadblocks throughout the development cycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing production activities in international teams.
• Proven ability to handle large‑scale, multi‑pipeline projects, especially in art production.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project‑management tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
