Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join Mebit’s international team. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain high‑quality talent for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the on‑site manager to define role requirements and hiring targets.
• Write and publish clear, compelling job ads on relevant platforms.
• Screen CVs, guide candidates through interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Maintain an organized candidate database, tracking active and passive prospects.
• Prepare onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth first day.
• Promote Mebit’s employer brand to attract strong candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence to make independent decisions.
• Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable.
