Regional Head of Passenger & Products – Balkans

About the role

The Regional Head of Passenger & Products will lead the growth of Chapman Freeborn’s passenger charter business across the Balkans. Reporting to the European Passenger team, you will own commercial strategy, product development and team performance for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Balkans, aligned with European objectives.
• Identify, secure and convert new business opportunities across passenger and related product lines.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, building long‑term relationships and driving revenue.
• Maintain market and competitor intelligence to anticipate trends and risks.
• Own the regional product roadmap, translating market needs into viable growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial and other internal teams to launch and scale new offerings.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing Balkans sales team, ensuring clear accountability and performance management.
• Maintain rigorous forecasting, pipeline and CRM discipline to support commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the air charter or aviation industry, with a strong commercial track record.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and profit objectives.
• Experience building and leading regional sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with both new and existing clients.
