Regional Operations Controller

About the role

The Regional Operations Controller will support Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management across the EMEA and South America region. You will be responsible for developing, supporting and controlling plant‑level operational finance processes while providing on‑site controlling support to multiple manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support Operations and Logistics/SCM across the EMEA & South America region.
• Develop, support and control plant‑level operational finance processes.
• Monitor, analyse and report operational KPIs.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc management reports.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of business cases.
• Provide on‑site controlling support to manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and plant teams to drive performance.
• Support special projects and assignments from senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably in controlling.
• Wire‑harness or automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and a valid work permit in the EU or Serbia.
